Phil has over 30 years experience of change management, working for blue chip chemical, pharmaceutical and engineering companies.
He joined Warwick 6 years ago from Ilford - the VC owned photographic company.
Phil has worked closely with the Staff Association to drive change within the company. This has resulted in the adoption of flexible working practices and a focused workforce that ensures Warwick remains competitive in world markets.
